The safest response to harm is to make it less likely in the first place. This course shows how an organisation reduces risk to children before anything happens: who it recruits and how, how it uses screening checks, how it sets up physical and online spaces, and how it reviews its own practice. It keeps children safe by closing the gaps that a single check cannot.
