A workspace for your organisation. Invite your people, assign the courses, set due dates and see who has finished, with a record of completion for every course.
What the workspace does
- Invite people by email address, one at a time or a whole list, or share a join link for a group.
- Groups for teams, sites or programs, each with its own join link.
- Assign training to everyone, a group or one person, as single courses or as paths in order, with due dates.
- See progress: not started, in progress, complete and overdue, by person and by course.
- Export completions to a spreadsheet for your compliance records.
- Activity log of every change an administrator makes.
- Policy acknowledgement: assign a model policy, and each person reads it and confirms the current version. When a policy is updated, they are asked again.
- Records of completion that each learner keeps and anyone can check with a code.

You can also assign any of the 36 model policies. Each learner reads the policy and acknowledges the current version, and your reports show who has. The Autistic Standard Tiers 2 to 6 are licensed per organisation and added to your workspace with a licence.
How it works
- Register on Aurum Learn with your work email.
- Apply with your organisation's name, ABN and annual revenue.
- Aurum checks the application against the ACNC register or the ABN register and approves it.
- Invite your people and assign the training.
What your organisation sees
Who is assigned, who has started, who has finished and what is overdue. Your organisation never sees a learner's reflections or self check answers. Learning records are held in Australia.
