When a concern is raised about a staff member or volunteer, what the organisation does next decides whether children are protected. This course sets out the response for managers and child safety leads: make children safe, report to the right authorities, run a fair process, keep records and support everyone involved. It keeps children safe by making the response prompt, thorough and fair.

Five modules and a course check.

Written for Australia. The law, services and support lines in this course are Australian. Outside Australia, check your own law.
