Serve everyone: accessible services for disabled customers and community members

Disabled people use every service your organisation offers: the counter, the phone line, the website, the building and the events. When any one of them is not accessible, a person is shut out, and sometimes left without a safe way to get help. This course shows you what accessible service looks like and how to respond when someone asks for a change or tells you something is not working. It keeps people safe by making sure no one has to choose between their access and their dignity.

Five modules and a course check.

Written for Australia. The law, services and support lines in this course are Australian. Outside Australia, check your own law.
