A policy, program or service can treat everyone the same on paper and still leave some people out or cause them harm. An impact assessment tests the design before it starts, so problems are found and fixed before anyone is hurt by them. This course shows you how to run one with an intersectional lens: who to look at, what evidence to use, how to weigh the options and how to change the design as a result.

Five modules and a course check.
