Money is a safety issue. Financial and economic security can help keep women and their children safe, and pay, progression, leave and super decide how much security a person builds at work. This course shows how gender pay gaps form inside an organisation, what the law requires employers to do and report, and what an employer can change so that its own decisions stop widening the gap.
