Support a colleague after sexual violence: what an employer and a manager do

When a worker tells their manager or employer about sexual violence, what happens next shapes whether they feel safe at work. This course shows you how to respond as a manager or employer: listen and let the worker lead, keep them safe at work, explain leave and flexibility, protect their privacy, and connect them to specialist support. Done well, it protects the worker from further harm.

Five modules and a course check.
