LGBTIQA+ inclusion for boards: governance that keeps people safe

Boards shape whose knowledge influences an organisation and how concerns are heard. This course helps you examine representation, participation and the use of power so LGBTIQA+ members and staff can contribute more safely. You work on governance decisions without being asked to disclose your own identity or experiences.

Four modules with a 90 minute facilitated session, the duration in the original outline. The strips provide the shared teaching for that session. Reading alone does not complete the facilitated program.

Written for Australia. The law, services and support lines in this course are Australian. Outside Australia, check your own law.
