Every disclosure is an opportunity to affirm, support and empower a survivor in a way that honours their cultural identity and lived experience. Culture, power and past experiences of institutions all shape whether a person feels safe to speak. This course shows you how to respond so that trust is earned, the person stays in control of their own healing, and your organisation does not become another barrier to their safety.

Five modules and a course check.
