Prevent violence before it starts: gender equality at work

Most of what we call preventing violence happens after harm is done: counselling, intervention orders, shelters. Primary prevention works earlier. It changes the social conditions that create, excuse or justify violence in the first place, and gender inequality is the core underlying driver of violence against women. This course shows you how that inequality appears in everyday words, habits and decisions at work, and how you can help make work and community safer by promoting gender equality, whatever your role.
