When someone is worried about bullying, harassment or discrimination at work, the first conversation shapes whether they feel safe to go further. This course prepares you to be that first point of contact: confidential, impartial and calm, giving information and options without taking over. Holding the limits of the role is what keeps the person, everyone else involved, and you safe.

Four self paced preparation modules. This draft pairs them with the source three hour facilitated practice session; Aurum must approve the combined program before it is offered.

Written for Australia. The law, services and support lines in this course are Australian. Outside Australia, check your own law.
