Harmful behaviour at work keeps going when the people who see it stay quiet. This course shows you how to notice it, decide what to do, and act in a way that keeps you and your colleague safe. It treats harmful behaviour the way a good workplace treats any other hazard: you see it, you say something, and it gets fixed.
Five modules. The facilitated version runs for two hours with a short break.
