Sexual harassment is a human rights issue and a workplace hazard that causes psychological and physical harm. The law expects employers to prevent it, not only respond once someone complains. This course shows staff what the behaviour looks like and what the law says, and shows leaders what the positive duty asks of them and how to respond to a report in a way that keeps people safe.

Five modules. Facilitated versions run for 2.5 hours (staff) and 3.5 hours (leaders).

Written for Australia. The law, services and support lines in this course are Australian. Outside Australia, check your own law.
