Organisations change when someone inside them can lead the work, not just believe in it. This program prepares implementation leads to use Aurum's intersectional practice method with the tools in hand, so analysis of power turns into decisions. Done well, that means fewer barriers, less harm, and people at the edges of decision making brought closer to the centre.
One self paced pre module of nine strips, then four facilitated days, 9am to 5pm.
