Diversity without inclusion leads people to leave. How a leader runs meetings, gives feedback, reads silence and makes hiring decisions decides whether people from different cultural backgrounds can contribute safely. This course gives people leaders practical habits and tools to make that happen, with cases drawn from the experience of skilled migrants at work.
