Racism harms individuals, damages community cohesion and reduces trust in public institutions. It is experienced between people and through systems. This course builds the understanding to recognise racism in its overt, subtle and systemic forms, shows how everyday racism builds harm, and gives you a safe way to record an incident and the places to report it. It is an awareness course. It does not teach how to step in while an incident is happening.

Five modules. No duration is set for the self paced course.

Written for Australia. The law, services and support lines in this course are Australian. Outside Australia, check your own law.
