Racism can happen in professional learning spaces, and responding to it is skilled work. This course gives trainers four ways to respond, a simple way to choose between them in the moment, and a plan for recovery afterwards. Your safety and dignity come first, then the learning.

Four modules. The facilitated version runs as a three hour session.

Written for Australia. The law, services and support lines in this course are Australian. Outside Australia, check your own law.
